Recently, we had the unfortunate luck to experience a flood in our basement. Although we found the source quickly and stopped the water before it got too far, it still did enough damage to need several inches of new drywall and entirely new flooring throughout. Going through a flood is extremely stressful, and we had heard several horrible stories of restoration companies taking months to complete work and having less than quality workers on the jobs. This is my second time using Malkin Cleaners. I arranged a carpet cleaning at my residential condo. They arrived right on time, and the job they did allowed me not to replace my carpet. Hello Nigel, I had my roof done with Penfolds and they had a little mishap with some tarps. This lead to the need to bring Ryan and his crew in for a little restoration work.
