Recently, we had the unfortunate luck to experience a flood in our basement. Although we found the source quickly and stopped the water before it got too far, it still did enough damage to need several inches of new drywall and entirely new flooring throughout. Within a half hour project manager Ryan Hebert was on site and the clean up began. Each trade brought in by Ryan was exceptional. There were workers every day, some weekends included, to complete the work and get our home back to normal in a very timely fashion. From start to finish the work was completed in 5 weeks. Going through a flood is extremely stressful, and we had heard several horrible stories of restoration companies taking months to complete work and having less than quality workers on the jobs. Malkin Cleaners completely restored our faith. We recommend Malkin Cleaners to anyone going through the tragedy of a flood or fire. They will quickly get you back to normal and ease your stress by working side by side with your insurance company to complete the work to your satisfaction. I wanted to add that the quality of workmanship, professionalism, timeliness and empathetic behavior of all the staff involved in this project was exemplary.   I have never had so little to worry about in a situation where there was so much to be concerned over.  Every step was made simple.     I would highly recommend Malkin Cleaners as a go-to company for these services.   I kept waiting for the ball to drop and it never did.
