North Vancouver Emergency Water Damage Restoration Specialists Malkin Cleaners Proudly Announce Another Success

December 1, 2018 – Vancouver, BC – With nearly a century providing emergency damage restoration services to North Vancouver, Malkin Cleaners has a long history of great results.  However, they are still proud whenever a project goes well.

Recently, Malkin Cleaners aided Jim and Lynette Lattimer following a major basement flooding.  This is what the Lattimer’s had to say:

Recently, we had the unfortunate luck to experience a flood in our basement. Although we found the source quickly and stopped the water before it got too far, it still did enough damage to need several inches of new drywall and entirely new flooring throughout It was totally by luck that we came across Malkin Cleaners online and called them immediately. From that moment on we felt in good hands.

Within a half hour project manager Ryan Hebert was on site and the clean up began. Each trade brought in by Ryan was exceptional. There were workers every day, some weekends included, to complete the work and get our home back to normal in a very timely fashion. From start to finish the work was completed in 5 weeks.

Going through a flood is extremely stressful, and we had heard several horrible stories of restoration companies taking months to complete work and having less than quality workers on the jobs. Malkin Cleaners completely restored our faith. We recommend Malkin Cleaners to anyone going through the tragedy of a flood or fire. Thank you, Ryan and Malkin Cleaners, for being there in our time of need. We are truly grateful.”

Malkin Cleaners is proud of the work they did for the Lattimer’s and are glad they could quickly restore another damaged home.
